Refund Policy
- 90% of the full amount will be refunded to Guest if the cancellation notice is provided in more than 30 days prior to the date of reservation.
- 50% of the full amount will be refunded to Guest if the cancellation notice is provided within 30 – 8 days prior to the date of reservation.
- 0% of the full amount will be refunded to Guest if the cancellation notice is provided in less than 7 days prior to the date of reservation. It is considered “No Show” and full amount paid by Guest will be forfeited.
