- The Privacy Policy of Eventda Sdn Bhd (1191461-P) hereinafter referred to as “Eventda”, “we”, “us”, “our” is effective as of 9 December 2021

Refund Policy
REDUCTION OF EVENT FUNCTION FACILITIES / SERVICES
In the event Organiser reduces or fails to use the contracted Function Space blocked, but does not cancel the entire Event, the Organiser agrees to pay the Hotel a Cancellation Fee according to the schedule set below:
Reduction Schedule | Event Group Function |
Upon confirmation | The Organiser shall be required to pay 30% of all expected F&B Event Charges, without any reduction or discount whatsoever. |
14 days before the event | The Organiser shall be required to pay 50% of all expected F&B Event Charges, without any reduction or discount whatsoever. |
7 days before the event | The Organiser shall be required to pay 100% of all expected F&B Event Charges, without any reduction or discount whatsoever. |
All payments set out at Clause 18 above shall be inclusive of taxes.
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
The Hotel has kept available for the Organiser the Function Space required for the purposes of the Event.
The Organiser acknowledges that the cancellation of the Event will cause the Hotel to suffer significant financial loss.
Therefore, the Organiser agrees to abide by the following Cancellation Policy:

Upon confirmation | If in the event the Organiser issues a Cancellation Notice and which is received by the Hotel within herein period, the Organiser agrees to pay the Hotel a cancellation fee of 30% of the total expected F&B Event and Function Room Charges. |
14 days before the event | If in the event the Organiser issues a Cancellation Notice and which is received by the Hotel within herein period, the Organiser agrees to pay the Hotel a cancellation fee of 50% of the total expected F&B Event and Function Room Charges. |
7 days before the event | If in the event the Organiser issues a Cancellation Notice and which is received by the Hotel within herein period, the Organiser agrees to pay the Hotel a cancellation fee of 100% of the total expected F&B Event and Function Room Charges. |
All payments set out at Clause 19 above shall be inclusive of taxes.
POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT FUNCTION FACILITIES / SERVICES
In the event Organiser postponed to use the contracted Function Space, but does not cancel the entire Event, the Organiser agrees to notify the Hotel 07 days prior to actual event date.
