The Boulevard Hotel Kuala Lumpur provides over 700sqm of banquet space in four versatile, fully equipped Westside Rooms on Level 8 and the new Function Hall on Level 9, which can accommodate a meeting group of 20 to 400 persons, offering the latest audio-visual equipment and internet access. The Business Centre provides additional support centre for meeting planners, whereas small meeting groups of 10 can take advantage of the adjoining Board Room.

Terms And Conditions
- General
- The Privacy Policy of Eventda Sdn Bhd (1191461-P) hereinafter referred to as “Eventda”, “we”, “us”, “our” is effective as of 9 December 2021
- The Privacy Policy is intended to explain about how your personal information is collected, used and disclosed by EVENTDA when users and service providers of HRD Corp e-Venue.
- This Policy is guided by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) of Mal
Refund Policy
- 50% refund would be provided if cancelled 30 days before 12am of the event date.
- No refund would be returned if customer cancels less than 30 days of event commencement. OR if event is booked for several days, no refund would be provided for the days included in the min 30 days cancellation notice. The other days would be 50% refunded
- For a an event booked for several days. Eg, 32 days event, and the customer wants to cancel the service after day 1, same 30 day cancellation policy with 50% refund would apply to the remaining days
- Tax and service charges are not refundable
